What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- - Our at home estimate is very straight forward, relaxed and friendly. We do not have any hard sale tactics, nor do we require both homeowners to be present. We provide a brief but informative introduction on our products and services. All estimates are provided at the home and then sent out via email for a digital copy to be stored.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- - We offer competitive pricing, quality work and an amazing product. All of our estimates are 100% free. We also offer financing options.

Smart Shield Windows was a great, trustworthy company to work with from start to finish. I contacted them to replace several windows on our property. Overall, I was extremely happy with the work that they did. Blake was quick to respond and he guided me through the process of selecting the right window for our home. I had the 600 series installed, and the Smart Shield Windows crew was on point. They where on time, respectful and man they did not leave a spec of dirt behind. The install went well even through the rain that came out of no where. I felt special as they dedicated two teams to installing my 28 windows, so the job was completed in one day. BTW, I had other quotes (4 to be exact), and only one was close to Smart Shield Window's quote. Only time will tell, but from what I saw these guys did a top notch job!

Brian and his team at Smart Shield were absolutely fantastic. We only required a single window install; yet they were able to quickly fit us in and were nothing but professional, clean, and responsive.
