As a real estate developer, being punctual and responsive are very important qualities that I seek in anyone that I work with. Smart Shield Windows did just that.

I have been working directly with Bryan for over a year now and it is always a pleasure when dealing with him. Extremely responsive no matter the time of day - even will work on Sunday's to get the job done.

I highly recommend this company. They provide an excellent service and high quality product.

We just had all of our windows replaced, and I couldn't be happier. The windows we had were 100+ years old. They were hard to open and clean and had mold. Now we can easily open them and have a crystal clear view. It took a few days for the project to be complete and it looks like a brand new house. I would recommend this company 👍🏻

As a first time home owner everything is a new experience. From day one Bryan came to my house and explained to me my options for new windows even breaking down the many parts of a window which was super informative. We consulted with 2 other companies and felt like they just cared about the project not the customer. He worked with me and answered any questions I had regarding the second biggest purchase so far besides this house. Today was installation day and again Bryan walked me through what to expect. It was exactly how he envisioned plus more . The installers were perfessional efficient ,very nice, and knowledgeable (they even provided us with a starter caulk for any seams that need it ). I would recommend this company to anyone especially young first time home owners like myself. They were willing to work with me from start to finished and this experience was beyond what I could even imagine. Thanks again Bryan and team for your hard work. Smart Shield is a very professional window installer. From the time I met Bryan he showed the utmost respect courtesy and professional service. He came out and presented me with the window service and not once did he try to upsale me. He looked at my job and offered the best options for me. They installed 15 new windows in my house and I was so impressed with the service and quality that I added more windows to replace. His installer Arthur and his son very very good at installing my windows and meticulous about every detail. I would definitely recommend Smart Shield to my friends and family.

Bryan and his team did an outstanding job start to finish with the sale and installation of my new ProVia windows. Our initial consult was very educational, and Bryan was candid with his advice regarding what windows he'd recommend; they weren't the most expensive option, but the option he felt would best suit our needs. It was easy to see that he was knowledgeable about his products, and he carried himself with a high level of professionalism. During the process, I had questions and concerns, and he was readily available to assist; he genuinely cared that I would receive great service. On the day of the install, Bryan's team showed up early and worked very efficiently. Bryan was there at various stages to oversee the project, ask if we had any questions, and assure us he'd be there if there were future needs. I live in Boston & am looking to upgrade my windows. I came across Smart Shield Windows randomly on Google & called them for a free consultation. Most companies wouldn't bother talking to me since I'm out of their preferred location, but Bryan took the time to speak to me about the type of windows I need, as well as explaining the entire installation process. I got a couple old windows replaced by Smart shield last week and I couldn't be happier. It's like they had a clipboard with a checklist of all the things I was looking for. The installer Mike was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. The price was affordable and the product seems to be high quality. My sunroom has had a draft for years and FINALLY decided to get some of the windows replaced. So glad I did! After, Smart Shield's install, the draft disappeared. Highly recommended!

Smart Shield ordered and installed a high quality storm door recently and I was pleased by how smoothly the sales, ordering, and installation processes were. The costs were exactly as estimated even though the installation was a bit more challenging than anticipated. Bryan, the owner, let me know exactly what to expect. How do I begin, my partner and I had decided to replace our doors in our house due to there age. Burr to much cold air. We had got several quotes as one does. Ranging from 9000 to 5200 with us buying the doors. Well we gave it one more shot and thank goodness we did. We found Bryan and Jim from Smart Shield Windows, what a breathe of fresh air to get someone who understands great customer service and value. They came to the job eager to make us happy and boy they sure did. The attention to detail was amazing. The level of customer service amazing. Cleanup amazing. Overall if your looking for someone that takes care of you with great value you have found the company and no need to look any further. They’re no B/S approach is refreshing and unique in their business. They did what they said they would and did it right. I would definitely hire them again. Smart Shield Windows is a very professional company to deal with. Bryan kept me informed from day one on the fabrication of the windows to the size trim to sending me pictures of the windows installed. A few days after installation he followed up with me to see if I had any issues. Awesome experience. Will have Bryans company installing windows and doors in my other rentals.

I recently had 23 Okna windows installed by Smart Shield Windows and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. Bryan, was knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect Okna windows for my home. The installation team was efficient and took great care to ensure that the windows were installed correctly and that any debris was cleaned up afterwards. WOW! I just had all of the windows in my home replaced. 24! If you’re looking for a fair, honest and responsive company - you should call them! The crew was very nice, they moved my furniture, took my blinds down and hung them back up. All mess was cleaned. They covered my couch and furniture with plastic wrap. I am so pleased!! Thank you so much. Oh also the price was amazing. We had the okna 500 series installed
